Its Over...

I feel that strange empty sadness, its different kind, for the season is over for me…I will be brave because its only a game and I won’t dwell on it. I am thinking that I could give a million excuses but I will not give one. Its over and done.

Burris, the wanna-be-senator was interviewed by “Face the Nation“ anchor Bob Schieffer Sunday morning and he was more pathetic than usual…Even under the cloud of suspicion the guy is groveling at the door. At least he went home to where ever he lives. The man has no dignity. It seems that more incriminating evidence has surfaced and a new paper what ever that is, has been sent to the Senate boss in Washington. I think the FBI has described the events of that time in more detail. Burris’s attempt to slither in under the door of the Senate was desperation to get in because I think once there it difficult to get him out. I don’t know but I think that Rod and Burris are trying to pull the wool over someone’s eyes. In my humble opinion any decision Rod makes is worthless unless he admits guilt. I said this before and I’ll say it again. Something doesn’t smell right.

I know, I don’t live there but all I see is another dishonest Politian who claims to be thinking of the people. Its so ridiculous that its actually funny. I write about Rod and Burris because if you didn’t see it you wouldn’t believe it and from what I understand its business as usual in Illinois.  In reality, its blatant behind closed door dishonesty and lies. In the United States any Politian is fair game especially these two. They spread their decease to all heads of state and make everybody look bad. Whether in Illinois or Connecticut the focus should be on "Honesty", not on a lawyer who can get them out of trouble. I my opinion if you need a lawyer you have a problem.
